For a lot of people, their winter cold has become an annual event. It really shouldn’t be. Your immune system may be low if you catch a cold every time it gets cold outside. Your body should be able to fight these suckers off most of the time.
3. Your hair and fingernails have become very brittle
There are a ton of deficiencies that can cause hair and nails to break easily. If you are always fighting split ends and hang nails, you may have a vitamin deficiency.
4. Hair falling out
Primarily, hair loss is caused by bad nutrition or genetics. Before you go off the deep end you should look at some simpler options, such as a daily vitamin supplement. This could be the problem.
