Fighting depression also means having a more positive mindset. It is good to read inspirational books and watch encouraging good movies. Exercising frequently can also help fight off depression because oxygen is fed into the during exercise. Running outdoors allows you to breathe fresh air and be refreshed by different scenery. Plus, when you are exposed to sunlight this means additional lighting that can beat the blues and stimulate you instead of sulking in a dark room.
