Cigarettes Alter Our DNA (and How to Quit)
By smoking, you know you’re creating disease and harming yourself, but did you know smoking can actaully damage DNA? That’s right - smoking cigarettes alters and damages DNA, which effectively passes the damage of this toxic habit to your children, grandchildren and down the entire genepool.
In light of this, maybe it’s time you really thought about how to quit smoking. When your children and grandchildren are born with disease and genetic defects and looking at you for the answers, however much joy you think smoking is giving you now, won’t be more than the shame you’ll feel then.
It’s common knowledge that cigarette smoking fills your body with many poisons with each drag. But perhaps the roadblock for you is in how to quit smoking. Quitting smoking can be much easier than you think, if you make an effort to remove those toxic chemical contaminants that you’ve been putting into your body regularly with smoking. You know, removing those same chemicals that are responsible for causing your cravings.
